Place description

A detailed place description for the initiation of construction work includes in the first place a description of matters which could incur damage by the planned construction (fissures in walls, jammed doors and windows, pitted surfaces, cement residues,…), supplemented with photographs.

For place descriptions intended for leasing arrangements, all goods in the house or apartment are described (including make, color and condition), again supplemented with photographs, in order to avoid difficulties concerning the return of the leasing guarantee.
