If you are considering the purchase of a house, apartment or construction terrain, but have no idea as to the value of the property, an estimation report can be useful.

After a general description of the real estate property with pro’s and con’s, a financial value (for public sale, asking price,…) is established based on comparisons with properties in the neighborhood.
